Calling all artist….Help fill our gallery.
It was a busy week in our corner of the neighborhood and the gallery is looking pretty sad. We need your help to bring it back to life. Any and all art accepted.

Donations came in this week for the gallery. That meant a trip to Jerry’s artarama was a must. New take and make kits coming very soon.

When I started this little project I was simply trying to spark a little joy and creativity. I had no idea how it was going to go over or if people were going to understand my vision. I just knew that art made me happy and creating stuff helped me feel more grounded. I wanted to share that with all of you. The response was overwhelmingly positive and it turned into so much more. As we start another year there will be a few changes but the heart of what we do will still be present. Getting donations for monthly kits is the hardest part and often we end up spending our own money to make it happen. Moving forward we will cut back on our take and make kits until donations come in. This doesn’t mean we won’t have them it just means they might not be available every month. The gallery will still be full of beautiful art for you to enjoy and there will always be room for you to display your own creations. We will create another wish list soon for anyone that would like to donate and when we have kits available I will share here. Thank you to everyone that has supported us the past year. I hope we impacted you in a positive way and that you shared that joy with someone else.

The gallery will be getting a nice little refresh to start the year off right. Check back again soon. If you’d like to create some art to start off the new year we would love to put it in the gallery.

Santa came early to the gallery this year.

In case you drive by today and see the disgrace that has come to our reindeer. Poor R.D he was simply minding his own business spreading Christmas cheer when he was savagely attacked by the Christmas mouse that lives in our house (think elf on the shelf but much cooler). Our Christmas mouse has always been a little naughty but this is the first time he’s put it on display for all to see. We apologize for his atrocious behavior and the unsightliness it has brought to our corner of the neighborhood.

Summers publications donated the cutest Christmas coloring book to our gallery. if you don’t snag this one, more are available through their Amazon store. Thank you Lisa for sharing the joy with us all the way from Florida.
