We surveyed the companies with the highest fill rates on our platform and found 3 things they do to reach 100+ fill rates. First, they use the backup worker system. Second, they use the invite tool and invite workers they like back to work future shifts with them. Lastly, every company with high fill rates uses the Favorites list. They fill the favorites list with workers with Excellent and Very Good Bacon Scores.
