There are some sessions that hit a little deeper… and this one will stay with me forever. 🥹✨
I was Eva’s second grade teacher, and her mom was my mentor teacher who became one of my closest friends. Eva was the kind of student every teacher dreams of—bright, thoughtful, hardworking, fun, and so kind. And even though Ryan (Eva’s twin) wasn’t in my class, he was always around before school, hanging out in my room always bringing the fun!
Fast forward a few years to when I had Brielle and stepped away from teaching and started photography soon after- the Raciti family was the very first family to ever pay me for photos (even when I tried to refuse because I was so new). They believed in me before I even believed in myself.
And then now—ten years later—Sabrina asked if I could fly to Florida to take the twins’ senior photos. Cue. The. Tears. What an absolute honor. 😭
I love this family so much. These two hold such a special place in my heart, and watching them grow into incredible humans has been the greatest privilege. I cannot wait to see how they change the world for the better.
Soooo incredibly proud of you, Eva & Ryan!! ᥫ᭡
Oh and scroll to the end for some throwbacks to 2015/2016 when Eva was in my class :)) my favorite is when we dressed up for the 100th day of school 😂
