Monsters on Vacation is officially open! Join friendly monsters as they kick off their flip flops, put on their sunscreen and enjoy a day of fun! Make the most of your beach day as you maneuver through the monster obstacle course, feed the giant tree monsters, patch up monster-sized boo-boos at the lifeguard station and more.

This special exhibit, open through Jan. 10, is included in museum admission. As always, museum members get in free.

Looking for a fun way to spend Memorial Day weekend? We're open normal hours all weekend plus special holiday hours on Monday (9am to 4pm). This weekend also kicks off our expanded summer hours, meaning we're now open seven days a week through Labor Day.

Today is World Day for Cultural Diversity! 🌍✨ Here at Minnesota Children’s Museum, we're proud to celebrate and acknowledge the many diverse ethnic, cultural and racial identities that make our community beautiful. Visitors today will see some museum staff dressed in attire from their cultures. And behind the scenes, staff are sharing food, music and more from their unique backgrounds. Here's to learning, sharing and playing together today and every day!
