May Milton - By Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec

May Milton was a dancer of English descent and beautiful in stature. It is believed that Henri saw her when she was on tour in Paris enroute to the United States. Henri used lithography; a combination of coloured ink crafted to show various aspects of the drawing.

Les Perroquets - By Salvador Dali

Known as a famous surrealist artist, Dali also achieved success with sculpture, printmaking, fashion, advertising, writing & filmmaking. In 1946 he worked with Disney designer John W***h and provided them with 22 oil paintings for a collaboration. Which was finally turned into a short animation "DESTINO", telling a story of a ballerina on a surreal journey through a desert landscape, in 2003.

Vincent Van Gogh saw Rembrandt as realist who understood that an artist's nature must always be the starting point, while Rembrandt’s integrity had allowed him to portray even the supernatural as if it were something natural.
