Join us for Peaceful Poses (free pop-up yoga program) tomorrow, Wednesday, April 1, 5:30- 6:30 p.m. This is a gentle practice designed for those 50 and up. We'll start with some breathing exercises to still the mind and slowly move into light stretching while mostly seated, ending the practice with a nature-based visualization. All abilities welcome and encouraged! Folding chairs provided - bring a towel or mat if available. Ages 50+. Registration required. Roger Johnson Nature Center, Atrium 3910 Perkins Ave., Huron.
