HELLO BLACK ARTS LOVE FAMILY!

It’s been a minute and we hope you’re doing well!

Black Arts Love is proud to support and share information about the Annual Holiday Food Drive & Steve Harvey Morning Show Turkey Giveaway, hosted by Z-Twins Radio - KYIZ & KRIZ, in partnership with The Seattle Medium and Bible Law Group. While we are not organizing the event, we’ll be attending to show love and encourage our community to participate.

With food supply challenges and rising costs affecting families across our country right now, there are more households than ever struggling to put meals on the table. This makes community-driven efforts like this holiday food drive especially important. Every donation of food or funds helps ensure that families in our community can celebrate the season without worrying about where their next meal will come from.

The event is collecting non-perishable food items and monetary donations to help local families in need. Families can also stop by to receive a free turkey gift card while supplies last.

Edit: For those not familiar with the term “Mediums” … please let this be a teaching moment. Mediums in the art world refers to various types of art making. In art, a medium is the actual material used to create a work of art, such as paint, clay, or marble, or the process or technique employed, like oil painting, sculpting, or printmaking. The term can also refer to the way the art organizes an audience's experience, as in different performance styles for film versus television or newspaper vs. radio.
