Our next gathering is just a little over a week away! On June 2nd, at 5:30pm, at the First Presbyterian Church of Spring Hill, we will be hosting our June Gathering themed “Spring in Spring Hill.” One of our very own board members, Dr. Tom Powers, is going to ask questions about what springtime was like in “Old Spring Hill.” This gathering is going to be very fun and informative, and we hope to see you there! Everyone is welcome, no matter if you are new to the area or have lived here for your entire life. If you are a longtime Spring Hillian, we look forward to hearing your stories of Spring in Spring Hill’s past!

“Historic places are important because they hold our stories, and our stories tell us who we are.” - Dr. Tom Powers, SHH&GS Board Member.

This quote is 100% accurate. Historic places, people, or things, they are all important pieces of our past. It is pivotal that we preserve those pieces and never forget our hometown’s long history.

Want to learn more about Spring Hill’s history? Come to our monthly gatherings on the first Tuesday of every month, at 5:30pm, at the First Presbyterian Church of Spring Hill! Everyone is welcome, member or not. We would love to see you there!
