Registration is now open for the 2025 Oklahoma History Symposium!
Our keynote speaker will be award-winning filmmaker Loren Waters (Cherokee/Kiowa). She will discuss her documentary short “ᏗᏂᏠᎯ ᎤᏪᏯ (Meet Me at the Creek),” which focuses on Cherokee elder Rebecca Jim’s efforts to restore Tar Creek in Miami, Oklahoma.
The Symposium will feature a keynote, historical sessions, exhibitors, a book signing, and OHS membership meetings. It’s FREE and open to the public, but registration is required: www.okhistory.org/registration
