Exctied to moderate our Digital LA - AI for Comics and Concept Art panel Tues Aug 29, 7p at Matchbox Giant art gallery in Hollywood, LA. Speakers who work on Daredevil, Spider-Man, Drake and Nas projects, Snap lens filters, and more will discuss how they use AI tools to concept, brainstorm, research and create art ideas, characters, and scenery for film, TV, comics, games and more.

We will discuss pros and cons of Midjourney, Stable Diffusion and other AI tools, which are good for which types of projects, how to fine tune prompts, and more. Participate in the prompt demo to create a character and location setting. We will also discuss responsible use of gen AI, giving credit and more.
Speakers:
- B.Earl, Marvel comics writer on Spider-Man, Daredevil and Echo. He is also a web2.5 consultant, creative blockchain strategist, who has been exploring AI since 2017. He helps brands develop story-driven blockchain marketing strategies and helps companies plan their metaverse projects. He has spoken at entertainment and tech conferences from San Diego Comic-Con to Saudi Arabia to Amsterdam. .earl
- Tillavision is a visual artist and musician who brings visions to reality through art and technology. Clients include Swae Lee, JuiceWRLD, DJ Khaled, Drake, Bape, Nas, Busta Rhymes, and more. He is working with Marvel writer B.Earl on an AI generated comic book.
- Brianna Wick is a digital artist who uses AI tools for inspiration for Snap lenses and filters, and also physical and her digital painting art.
- Adam Mutchler, Matchbox Giant, Founder. Projection Mapping Artist, Filmmaker, Art Technologist and Entrepreneur. His Beyond Light Experience at the Church of Cannabis, which he co-founded, is the #1 Tripadvisor Destination in Denver. He has built 3D art teams at Blizzard (Games) and Zoic Studios (VFX) and produced and directed award winning shorts, docs, a feature film that sold to Paramount, and social content that has accumulated over 50 Million views. He recently opened Matchbox Giant, a digital art gallery and lab space for collaboration and experimentation around Augmented Reality, AI, Digital Art, Filmmaking and Projection Mapping.
