Billy T MuddHawg never really had a mudder. But he had a creator, a freshman female art student approximately 2018 from Topeka.

She was given a concept of a chubby sports official, a rib bone dripping with bbq sauce, and a name. That's it.

She then came up with our self-described ICONIC logo and brought Billy The MuddHawg to life with a pencil and paper and an incredibly talented hand. She took nothing and made something INCREDIBLE in my eyes, with a few minor suggestions and tweeks, added color (the original black and white still means the most to me) and here we are today.

Happy Mother's Day to all of you moms of human or fur, and those that CHOOSE to be a mom to anyone who needs you. So many amazing women in my life, so many that supported me from day one and ever forward.

What an absolute pleasure to serve my long time, good friend Steve Murry, HOF inductee baseball coach of Neosho County Community College and his squad after their game today at Butler Community College here in El Dorado.

Seventy-Six 1/3lb pulled pork sandwiches, 2 large helpings of our famous Cheesy Potatoes, sodas and our FAMOUS Chocolate Chip Double Doozie Cookies, stuffed with their choice of chocolate or vanilla frosting.

And as always, a little spoiling of the coaching staff with a rack of ribs, hot links and smoked bologna to boot! Always take care of the ones that take care of you!

We managed to get 38 dudes through the line and on the bus in under 30 minutes! And as coach said after: "not ONE GUY complaining they didn't get enough to eat!". Now THAT is music to Billy T. Muddhawg's Piggly Little Ears!

Wishing all of you the absolute BEST Easter weekend ever! This is such an incredible time every year, where families come together to dine and celebrate the death, burial and resurrection of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. It's the only documented account of rising from the grave, of the son of God being sent for this very purpose for our salvation and forgiveness of sin.

I hope you will find a church this Sunday to fill your hearts with this amazing story. My home church of Cornerstone Christian Church lead by my bother, pastor Jason Whyte

I couldn't be more thrilled about this custom made light. It will be a great addition for catering jobs in the future.

What a weekend!

Friday night we had the pleasure to serve Italian - scratch made sauce on spaghetti with scratch made meatballs, salad with basil, red onion, olive oil and parmesean and garlic bread to the 2026 Hall of Fame Class at Wichita Southeast High School

It was awesome seeing such a great turnout and a few familiar faces! Congratulations to all recipients!

Saturday it was back "home" to the 2025 HOF class of the Wichita South High Alumni Association with a heaping helping of BBQ! Pulled Pork, Smoked Chicken, HotLinks, Smoked Bologna, Cheesy Potatoes, Baked Beans and salad with basil, red onion, olive oil and parmesean.

The desserts and ChuChuTree boards were AWESOME touches as well!!!

Getting invited to take care of my fellow alumni meant a great deal, as it does for my good friend and brother Scott Hays and All World Entertainment DJ & Photo Booth

And lastly, we were able to make a donation back to the Alumni Association and to my dear friend Tonya Dawn McCulloch scholarship fund! I have to believe she was looking down fondly at everyone!

Thank you all so much for allowing me to serve!!!

Let's get a few items out of the freezer and onto the table...

Billy is cooking up Ribs for Thursday 7/17 delivery.

Full slab, 12 bones including the tips $23 (normally $29). Serves 3-4)

I have four 1lb bags of brisket cooked ready to thaw and eat. $23/lb. (Normally $26). Some of the best I've ever done!

4lb bags of taco meat, $40. This week only, I'll throw in a quart of salsa! The garden tomatoes ans peppers are ROCKING!!!

Wanting something more? Smoked balogna, pulled pork, sides (slaw, beans, bacon mac n cheese, hotlinks, brats) just ask.

How about some home grown san marzano tomatoes and basil scratch spaghetti sauce and a pound of noodles to make your dinner night easy?

I'm in a mood to cook and make a few deals. 10% will go to a donation towards the Tonya Dawn McCulloch South High Alumni scholarship fund to help honor my dear friend.

Tonya was an amazing friend and supporter of everyone she knew. Her spirit and loyalty is unrivaled.

I'm going to to miss the hell out of you begging me to make enchiladas and salsa!

I'll see you again, my friend. Enjoy your dancing in the streets of gold, pain free in Heaven.

🪩LIFE UPDATE✌🏻
Today is my last day at my corporate job, and I will now be doing Graze full time 🎉🧀

Last night I got off work, went and set up a grazing table. This morning I delivered a charcuterie board before work and once I leave work for the final time this afternoon, I am going to set up a another grazing table—just to give you a little insight of how I’ve been hustling the past year and a half 😅💪🏻 I can’t wait to make this business my full time!
