Some workouts are about discipline.
Some are about flexibility.
And some are about knowing exactly when to look at the camera.
Neon on the floor, heat in the room, one stretch at a time. I came in for a routine… but somehow the gym forgot how to behave.
By the end, even the water needed a moment.

Hydration matters. Especially after cardio.

They told me there was free money at the Capitol, so naturally I dressed for the occasion.
White boots, gold hat, dollar-print confidence, and a motorcycle polished like a campaign donor’s conscience. I’m not here to fix the system, darling. I’m here to collect my complimentary slice of the circus and leave tire marks on the marble.
Call it lobbying. Call it luxury. Call it “money for nothing.”
I call it Tuesday in Washington.

Democracy may be struggling, but the outfit is fully funded.

The weapons failed.
The cities burned.
And then Earth answered in the smallest voice imaginable.
Part Two arrives where the fire clears, the machines still stand, and humanity discovers that survival was never hiding in its greatest weapon.
It was waiting in the air.

They conquered our cities.
They never conquered our air.

You mistook tenderness for weakness.
That was your first mistake.
The second was thinking heartbreak would make me smaller.
Rain came down. Neon lit the alley. My hands remembered what my heart was trying to forget.
So no, this isn’t a revenge fantasy. It’s a correction.

You broke my heart, so I shattered your jaw.

The year is twenty forty-seven, not far from today. Earth has come under siege by an alien race of unknown origin. Technologically advance to ours by centuries, they walk roughshod through our streets, destroying everything in their paths, assumably to colonize with no native life in their way. Our most devastating weaponry is useless against their protective fields, and it looks like humankind may, indeed, be wiped out.

Sunrise found me first.

I wasn’t rushing the morning. The city was still waking up, the windows were full of fire, and I had nowhere to be except exactly here. Lace catching the light.
Coffee still hypothetical. Trouble already fully operational.
Some mornings ask for quiet. This one asked for proof.

Coffee can wait. The sunrise couldn’t.

Today marks two years since Dahlia Enya Walash (Dahlia's Art & Sensuality) left our world to fly among the angels. She was more than my wife. Dahlia built something real with her craft, and thousands felt it. AI artist, Photographer, animal lover and beloved friend. Two years on, her work still speaks, and so does the space she held in our lives. Tonight we play “Epitaph”, her favorite song, and let the memory do what it does best: stay. Love didn’t shrink when she left, but it did change shape.

She went for sneakers. She found prophecy

She reached into her gym locker for running shoes and found winter instead.
One breath, one lamppost, one lion made of old promises and impossible light.
Funny thing about Narnia, though. It remembers you exactly as you were… right until you return as something far more dangerous.

Aslan knew instantly this was not a children’s book anymore
