The act of throwing is centering (potter humor), but it is also something you can do and not think about after a while. It is interesting forcing myself to throw once a day. It is now a have to...most days. Or it starts out that way. Like when I get up and know I have to meet my trainer at 7:40 and that means I am going to be pushed very near my physical limit for a full hour. Or when I know I need to run. I always feel horrible and put upon before and super human after.
