That spirit of dedication was at the heart of this year’s Police Day Parade, where we honoured our Certis Auxiliary Police Officers, including four Long Service Award recipients who have served for more than four decades.

Police Day is a time to recognise our officers in blue each year for their professionalism, resilience and commitment to safeguarding Singapore, protecting lives, and supporting safe operations across the communities we serve.

As we mark the occasion, we do so with gratitude for all who serve and have given their best in service.

We crowned the top three winning teams from the Certis challenge mission at this year’s National AI Student Challenge, organised by AISingapore!

Over the past months, students worked on a challenge designed by our AI Development Group and Land Security team: to develop a multi-modal security response advisor that can support officers in their daily operations.

The Grand Finals that was held last weekend saw the top five finalist teams presenting their solutions. They were filled with energy, and passion, with their solutions considering practical deployment for real-world environments.

Exemplifying the spirit of by standing firm and doing the right thing.

Aviation Security Officer Zhe Kee rejected an attempted bribe during pre-board screening, while Anita’s sharp observational skills during x-ray screening helped detect illegal drugs.

For their exemplary act, Zhe Kee and Anita were given the Rejection of Bribe and Individual Commendation awards respectively at this year’s Commissioner of Police Commendation Ceremony.

Learning while building professional career growth? That's what Certis Earn and Learn Programme (CELP) means!

CELP has been in session for 2 years with different programmes designed for different career pathways. For the first time, our batch of students started their classes at Temasek Polytechnic! As part of their studies under TP's Diploma in Policing & Security Management (DPSM) programme, these students will gain skills in law enforcement to serve and protect the local community.
