Beauty in simplicity.
Whilst designers seek new horizons and new ideas, forever pushing the boundaries - and rightfully so – Continent Africa’s much-loved tees continue to provide the counterbalance, a reminder that simplicity and restraint remain the energy force of good design.
When fashion designer Lindy Cohen started making the tees in New York in 2004, city hipsters couldn’t get enough. Now she’s back in South Africa and is producing the perfect-fitting tees locally from 100% cotton in a wide range of colours and styles, for all ages.
Tees are produced by Continent Africa, whose founding philosophy is to support local, and as such tees are 100% local from raw materials and printing right through to finished product, thereby living the trade is aid philosophy.
