NOW OPEN // In Residence: A Decade of Creative Practice 💙

Our Artist in Residence program has reached an important milestone, and we want to celebrate it with you!

Over the past decade, the program has welcomed more than 100 artists and supported 50+ original projects, bringing creativity and new perspectives into the Museum.

Now, ten works by Artist in Residence alumni, including Mia Boe, Robert Brownhall, Gerwyn Davies and Elizabeth Willing, are on display, alongside artist interviews, digital stories and publications from residency projects.

The exhibition also celebrates the vision and generosity of Tim Fairfax AC, whose support has helped the program grow into a nationally recognised part of Brisbane’s creative community.
