A Severe Thunderstorm Warning has been issued for parts of Moreton Bay Council Area with intense rainfall developing.

Issued: 7:19am AEST 22 October 2026

The Bureau of Meteorology warns that at 7:20am a Very Dangerous Thunderstorm was detected near Caboolture and Burpengary. This thunderstorm is moving towards the south. It is forecast to affect Lake Samsonvale and Narangba by 7:50am and Samford, Kallangur and Dayboro by 8:20am.

SkyWind Falconry will be there flying their owls for 2 sessions - get in early so you don't miss out on seeing Nyra and Wufka flying

Dough Diggity will be rollin out the dough and serving pizzas for all

The Baristas Bite Bee and Krystle are skilled baristas and foodies who have hit the road with their new mobile business - a coffee trailer that is based in Woodford.

✨ 2026 After Dark Events — That's a Wrap! ✨
And just like that, our 2026 After Dark Events have wrapped up! 🌙🔮

It's hard to believe this has been our eighth year sharing this amazing place in such a unique and special way.

As we close out another wonderful year of After Dark Events at Caboolture Historical Village with Mystic Jewelz , plans are already underway as we begin scheduling our 2027 event dates.

A massive thank you to each and every person who joined us throughout the year. Whether you came along to explore the Village after dark, share in the stories and history, or simply enjoy a unique evening with us, we truly appreciate your support. 💜
It's been wonderful meeting so many of you, welcoming back familiar faces, and sharing these special evenings within the Village. We look forward to opening the doors again and seeing you all in 2027! ✨

Expression of Interest – Supply and Delivery of Garden Soil

We are about to commence the next stage of our railway track expansion project, which involves installing barrier posts and planting a hedge along the track.

As part of this project, we require approximately 40 m³ of good-quality garden soil, to be supplied in 10 m³ loads.

If your organisation is able to supply suitable, high-quality garden soil for this project, we would be pleased to receive an Expression of Interest.
