Jewellery, fine arts, textiles, sculpture, giftware, outdoor, candles, classes, art supplies + more Harmony on High Street Campbell Town is owned and operated by married local couple; Cory and Lee-Anne Peters. The Gallery & Art Hub opened in November 2024. Lee-Anne and Cory hope that Harmony on High Street will help support the work and dedication of Tasmanian artists, as well as contribute to and

inspire arts, creativity and culture within the community and within Tasmania itself. Harmony on High Street will be a place to; purchase, be inspired, to create and to surround yourself with unique organic art and creations from everyday hardworking people. TASMANIAN ARTISTS
All gifts & artwork in the Gallery will be made by Tasmanian artists. We have 20+ Gallery Artists creating for our gallery as we speak. RESIDENT ARTIST
Lee-Anne will be moving most of her studio to the gallery and will regularly create on site. She is an award-winning ceramicist, sculpter, visual artist, illustrator and founder of Temple of Balance. MONTHLY EXHIBITION
Each month a new group or solo exhibition will be featured in our dedicated exhibition room. Details will be revealed throughout 2025. CAMPBELL TOWN ART & CRAFT GROUP
Our group will be meeting at the gallery from December. We meet on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd Tuesday & 4th Saturday of every month. 10am till 12pm. Create with others & bring your own project to work on. ACTIVITIES
During school holidays and some weekends there will be art activities, workshops, classes, groups and private sessions occurring. ART SUPPLIES
For the enthusiastic creative we will stock a range of art supplies to entertain, create with, or to express the innate creativity within. More details in our preparation for opening will be regularly updated on this page. :)

We had a fabulous day, inside during the pouring rain, working on our paintings of St Michael's Campbell Town Tasmania

A beautiful old building with the most breathtaking stained glass windows - looking from the inside. 😍

I forgot to ask for permission to share other in-progress shots from today, so here's a glimpse of mine... In progress.

We looked at composition, creating a grid, under painting, and building up layers.

At this stage, during what we could nearly call 'the ugly stage' we need to be patient, continue to play / explore and trust in the unfolding. And when there is a section we like.... We stop and move elsewhere.

Back to playing and painting with great company tomorrow ☺️

I've been working on some exciting Christmas decorations in preparation for an upcoming workshop. 🎁 🎄

It's easy to knock out the basics .. use a Christmas cutter on a clay slab and add some colours or patterns. There's nothing wrong with this of course, but I've been exploring ways to elevate this and make them a little more special and detailed using tools we have not used before!

This is what I came up with... The difference is that at the soon-to-be announced workshop we'll be adding colour.

Who we are:
Your owners / operators are married couple Cory and Lee-Anne Peters - residents of Campbell Town
Lee-Anne lived in town in the early 1980's, attended primary school in the town and is thrilled to have returned
Cory is formerly from Texas and has been living in Tasmania for about 17yrs
Lee-Anne is the resident artist hosting events, and specialises in: ceramics, acrylic, soft pastel, jewellery and Temple of Balance products (she founded TOB in 2005)
