Soft Territories, an exhibition by photographic artists Sue Gordon and Mel Sinclair, explores the spaces where peace, stillness and quiet moments exist within both the natural world and our internal landscapes.

Through photography, mixed media and tactile processes, the artists reflect on the gentle pauses found in both physical and mental spaceβ€”the moments where we slow down, notice, breathe and simply exist. The work draws inspiration from the textures, imperfections and organic qualities of the natural environment, incorporating materials such as rust, handmade paper and earth.

Together, the artists invite contemplation of quietness, connection and the beauty found in moments of stillness.
