Alma is high and dry on the Port of Melbourne Victoria Dock Slipway… it’s been two and a half years since she was last out of the water so due for a good clean and paint!!

We are looking for experienced carpenters/joiners to join the project . If you are looking to be involved in an amazing project and contribute to the final stages of internal fitout please be in contact. These positions are mainly voluntary, however some paid work is available.

It’s been an amazing visit to Queenscliff.. thank you to everyone who has come down to see the ship and support the project.

The ship will depart Monday around 1300 to sail back to Melbourme. There will be a final chance to see the ship tomorrow between 1000-1200 if you haven't seen us yet.

Thursday is the day that the Alma Doepel will once again voyage.. to Queenscliff!
There has been great excitement and anticipation with many questions being asked.. so here is the information:

Thursday 5th March
- 0800 - depart Melbourne
- 1600 (approx) - Arrival off Queenscliff Pier
- 1600-1700 sail past near pier and ferry terminal
- 1700 (approx) passage up the cut to Fishermans Wharf
