We’ve been preparing artworks from the Berndt Museum collection by the incredible Gooniyandi artist and activist Mervyn Street ahead of his solo exhibition ‘Stolen Wages’ at Fremantle Arts Centre. A big thanks to our intern Rebeka Morrison for assisting with this while learning about condition reporting, preventative conservation and object handling with our Collections Officer Fiona Gavino. Don’t miss Mervyn's exhibition opening this Friday 7 February, 6pm at FAC.
