A venue for contemporary art The concerns of the day are discussed, and guests invited to the kitchen table are introduced to the internal world of the house.

OUT OF SIGHT was founded in 2018 by artists Dušica Dražić and Wim Janssen, imagined to be a shared kitchen table where a meal is served, and conversations emerge. The dynamism and encounter created around the kitchen table is what they look for. The program is build around international cooperations among artists, curators, researchers and the public at large. They strive for a critical and flexible approach, with the objective to support a development and experimentation in arts that is outside the logic of consumption and markets. OUT OF SIGHT aims to find a potential hidden within what is often perceived as different, marginal or even unwanted. They make room for the ephemeral and the ambiguous. It is a space where the poetic and the political meet.

Over the past eight years, Out of Sight has grown, and our programme has gradually evolved in new directions. Today, we are marking the beginning of a new phase with the launch of our new website and visual communication.

The website brings together our public programme, artistic research and archive, while creating space for what is still to come.

While we continue uploading our archive and working on the Dutch-language pages, you can already explore what we presented in 2025 and discover what we are working on now.

Mane Radmanović designed the beautiful website and developed its new visual language, while Spot Digital .co made everything needed to run smoothly.

We would also like to thank Liese van den Broeck, Han Soete , Latifa Saber and Miles Fischler , who have so beautifully documented our exhibitions, performances, workshops, gatherings and working processes over the past eight years. Their photographs have shaped our website, but also the visual memory of Out of Sight.

Welcome to the sixth edition of the Cinema Sessions on Friday, 26 June at Out of Sight. 𝗪𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝗲 #𝟱 — 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗘𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 is a collective boxingworkshop, installation and live sound performance by artist Chloé Malcotti who invites you to step into her artistic research for the upcoming film project.

A free collective boxing workshop and shared vegan meal for people who are or have been subjected to sexism. Led by boxing coach Myriam Nadim, the workshop explores boxing as an empowering practice through movement, writing, and collective reflection. Registration required (18+, max. 10 participants).

Developed collaboratively by and , 'Cinema Sessions' unfolds as a series of expanded film screenings and cinematic events hosted at Out of Sight. The programme is shaped by both organisations: MORPHO through its residency programme, and Out of Sight through its Public Programme in collaboration with participating artists and since 2026 in dialogue with the Study Circle*. Together, they create a space where moving image intersects with artistic research, collective reflection, and shared experience.

Time flies, and we have already arrived at the final week of 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙋𝙖𝙩𝙝𝙬𝙖𝙮 𝙤𝙛 𝘼𝙞𝙧, an exhibition presenting works by the artists and co-founders of the MESSIDOR collective, Meggy Rustamova, Pieter Geenen, Sirah Foighel Brutmann & Eitan Efrat.

As we approach the closing day and the end of this wonderful collaboration, we warmly invite you to join us for a free celebratory concert by Rhh on Friday, 12 June, at 19:00.
Rhh is an instrumental drums-electronics duo comprised of Laszlo Umbreit and Eitan Efrat. Laszlo Umbreit is a sound designer and musician based in Brussels. His work is anchored in sound research yet usually dialogues with the moving image, whether as present or absent. His musical practice mixes improvisation on electronic instruments, field recordings and a long meticulous editing and mixing process of sonic materials. Eitan Efrat is a drummer and audiovisual artist whose practice focuses on the performative aspects of the moving image. He is also a co-founder of MESSIDOR collective.

The concert is part of the Cinema Sessions programme, developed collaboratively by Morpho and Out of Sight, unfolding as a series of expanded film screenings and cinematic events hosted at Out of Sight.

Still carrying the energy from yesterday’s opening of 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙋𝙖𝙩𝙝𝙬𝙖𝙮 𝙤𝙛 𝘼𝙞𝙧. The evening felt less like an exhibition opening and more like a temporary gathering place, full of lovely people, conversations and shared attention. Thank you to everyone who came by during the first day of Antwerp Art Weekend and spent time with the works, with us, and with each other ♥

Working on this exhibition with Meggy Rustamova, Pieter Geenen .geenen, and Eitan Efrat & Sirah Foighel Brutmann , co-founders of MESSIDOR , has been a real gift. The exhibition grew through dialogue, trust, and a shared sensitivity to image and memory, and it was beautiful to finally open that space together.

Today is the second day of Antwerp Art Weekend and BORGER and Out of Sight will be open from 12:00–21:00. Come by, spend time with the exhibition, bring a friend, return for a second look, or simply take a pause with us.
