De Cara-muur

De Cara-muur Nu hij af is vinden wij onze Cara-muur zo legendarisch dat het tijd werd voor een fanpagina. Verspre The wall was officially finished on September 30th, 2011.

The Cara Wall (dutch: Cara-muur) is a wall of cans - 1797 to be exact - made by Belgian students in their Student home. By turning a selection of cans sideways creating a colour difference, the Cara logo can be distinguished within the wall. It took a year to build (and drink) all the cans integrated in the monument. In Belgium Cara Pils (which is actually Premium beer) is generally known to be e

xtremely cheap but low quality beer. Often, students drink Cara Pils to save money. If you want more information about Cara Pils, visti:

Please note that the Cara Wall is not an open monument. It is located at a private location, so unless a special event takes place or you are invited by one of the inhabitants of the Student Home, the Cara Wall is not open to visitation. In november 2011 the owners of the wall started selling unique adoption-certificats for cans in the wall in support of the Belgian charity organisation 'Music For Life'.
