En janvier la Paix a été mal menée,
La Russie du Président Poutine poursuit la destruction de l’Ukraine et s’est approprié d’une partie de son territoire.
1,4 millions de soldats sont morts et blessés ainsi que les victimes civiles. (Citation du courrier international).
Les USA du Président Trump déploient des intentions de s’approprier de territoires et de leurs ressources minérales et énergétiques au Venezuela et au Groenland. Il ne rejette pas la négociation et la tractation.
Dans les deux cas, les grandes puissances mondiales bafouent le droit international qui fonde la souveraineté nationale des Nations.
Le service militaire a été rétabli dans certains pays pour préparer la guerre.
Les deux grandes puissances montrent aux Nations le mauvais exemple de comportement étatique à ne pas suivre alors que leur puissance dépend du respect des traités qu’ils ont noués et du droit international qu’ils ont élaboré. Ils en sont les garants.
Ils rétablissent l’adage antique que « la Force prime le Droit ».
Depuis 1945, l’Organisation des Nations unies garantit la Paix entre les alliés.
Depuis 2013, la Paix a été rompue.
Tous les humains de raison et les pacifistes demandent aux grandes puissances de restaurer la négociation, la diplomatie au sein de l’ONU et des instances internationales pour assurer la continuité de la Paix et l’application du droit international.

In januari is de Vrede ernstig geschonden.
Het Rusland van president Poetin zet de vernietiging van Oekraïne voort en heeft zich een deel van zijn grondgebied toegeëigend.
1,4 miljoen soldaten zijn gedood of gewond geraakt, evenals burgerslachtoffers. (Citaat uit Courrier International).
De Verenigde Staten van president Trump tonen de intentie om zich gebieden en hun minerale en energetische rijkdommen in Venezuela en Groenland toe te eigenen. Hij sluit onderhandeling en onderlinge afspraken niet uit.
In beide gevallen schenden de grote wereldmachten het internationaal recht dat de nationale soevereiniteit van staten waarborgt.
In sommige landen is de militaire dienstplicht opnieuw ingevoerd ter voorbereiding op oorlog.
De twee grote mogendheden geven de staten het slechte voorbeeld van staatsgedrag dat men niet zou moeten volgen, terwijl hun macht juist berust op het respect voor de verdragen die zij hebben gesloten en op het internationaal recht dat zij zelf hebben ontwikkeld. Zij zijn daarvan de waarborgen.
Zij herstellen het oude gezegde dat “Macht boven Recht gaat”.
Sinds 1945 waarborgt de Organisatie van de Verenigde Naties de vrede tussen de geallieerden.
Sinds 2013 is de Vrede verbroken.
Alle verstandige mensen en pacifisten vragen de grote mogendheden om de onderhandelingen en de diplomatie binnen de VN en de internationale instellingen te herstellen, om de continuïteit van de Vrede en de toepassing van het internationaal recht te waarborgen.

In January, Peace was seriously violated.
President Putin’s Russia continues the destruction of Ukraine and has appropriated part of its territory.

The United States under President Trump is showing the intention to appropriate territories and their mineral and energy resources in Venezuela and Greenland. He does not rule out negotiation and bargaining.
In both cases, the major world powers are violating international law, which guarantees the national sovereignty of states.
In some countries, military conscription has been reinstated in preparation for war.
The two major powers are setting nations a bad example of state conduct that should not be followed, even though their power depends precisely on respect for the treaties they have concluded and on the international law they themselves have developed. They are its guarantors.
They are restoring the old saying that “Might makes Right.”
Since 1945, the United Nations has guaranteed peace among the Allies.
Since 2013, Peace has been broken.
All reasonable people and pacifists are asking the major powers to restore negotiation and diplomacy within the UN and international institutions, in order to ensure the continuity of Peace and the application of international law.
