Ferreira (1953) constrói sua obra a partir de um olhar sensível para a Mata Atlântica, retratando seus pássaros, fontes, habitantes e a vida cotidiana da região da Estação Ecológica Juréia-Itatins. Desde jovem, encontrou na arte sua forma de expressão, entre a pintura e a música, influenciado pelo avô maestro e pianista e pelo incentivo de sua mãe, também pianista.
Em Anoitecer no Rio, Ferreira nos conduz a um instante silencioso da Mata Atlântica, quando a lua ilumina a paisagem, as casas se refletem na água e a vida simples às margens do rio ganha um tom de poesia, revelando esse encontro delicado entre natureza, cotidiano e memória.

Ferreira (1953) builds his work from a sensitive gaze toward the Atlantic Forest, portraying its birds, springs, inhabitants, and the everyday life of the region around the Juréia-Itatins Ecological Station. From a young age, he found in art his form of expression, between painting and music, influenced by his grandfather, a conductor and pianist, and encouraged by his mother, who was also a pianist.
In Anoitecer no Rio (Nightfall on the River), Ferreira leads us into a quiet moment in the Atlantic Forest, when the moon illuminates the landscape, the houses are reflected on the water, and the simple life along the riverbanks gains a poetic tone, revealing this delicate encounter between nature, everyday life, and memory.
