In the 1930 owned this home located on Street just south of Drive on the west side. He had supervised the construction of New York's most talked about building - The Empire State Building. Mr. Bowser moved out in 1949. The owners in 1974 were Mr. & Mrs. E Crossland and at that time most of the original 180 acres were still intact at around 176 acres. The house still remains today and now is the home to the Indian restaurant. Some of you may remember The Pub which was the previous tenant.
