A not-for-profit art gallery in Dartmouth promoting the arts of emerging and professional artists

The Craig Gallery is staffed by a dedicated group of volunteers, some of whom belong to the Dartmouth Visual Arts Society. Becoming a Craig Gallery Volunteer is a wonderful opportunity to see a wide variety of art, meet new people, and help support the arts in Dartmouth. “A multimedia installation of sculptures, videos, and dioramas transforms the Craig Gallery into an immersive realty office. Beautiful Huge New Property Coming Soon Near You imagines a fantasy world where a hyperrealistic human puppet named the Real Estate Agent is trying to sell you a huge one bedroom home, going up right where that grassy field used to be, on the corner of Windsor street and Quinpool road.

Unfortunately for the Realtor, a tiny snarky marionette named “The Angel of History” is wreaking havoc in his office. The Angel can remember all of human history and misses the field dearly. He invites you to remember its eleven years in our city.”
