From the Charles Taylor Theatre & Media Arts Association, Halifax Theatre for Young People, and the Canadian Race Relations Foundation:

We are currently looking for youth from the Preston Township ages 12-18 to participate in our 8 week theatre program.
Join us as we explore storytelling, performance, collaboration and confidence building through drama activities and theatre work.

🎞️We start this Saturday June 6th! PLEASE SHARE!🎞️

Sessions will be every Saturday following for 8 weeks.

Time: 10AM-12PM
Where: Black Cultural Centre, 10 Cherry Brook RD, Dartmouth, NS

Join us, the Fisheries Museum of the Atlantic, and the Black Loyalist Heritage Centre this upcoming Saturday, May 30th at 1:00pm at the Black Loyalist Heritage Centre - 119 Old Birchtown Rd, Shelburne, Nova Scotia for the launch of the African Nova Scotian Seafaring Project. Save the date! The annual No. 2 Construction Battalion Recognition Ceremony and Honour Parade is happening Saturday, July 4th in Pictou, NS. The parade will begin at 10:00am on the Pictou waterfront, with the ceremony to follow at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church.
