The Dickson Store Museum is located at the 4 way stop in Dickson, Alberta. Relive shopping and living in the 1930's at this unique museum built in 1909. The experience begins immediately when you are hit with the pungent odour of cheese and smell of fresh ground coffee. Make a purchase in the gift shop where you will hear the ring of the old cash register still used. End with a delicious ice cream or old fashioned candy.

Congratulations to Doreen Nicholson, last week’s weekly winner at Chase the Ace.

Doreen won $31 and generously donated her winnings back to the Dickson Store Museum Society.

She drew the Queen of Diamonds, which means the Ace of Spades is still hiding and the jackpot has now grown to $343.50.

On , we encourage everyone to take a little time to visit a local museum and support the places preserving the stories of their communities.

At the Dickson Store Museum, we’ll be here with history, hospitality, and ice cream waiting for anyone who stops by. We’re now open for the summer season 7 days a week: Monday through Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and Sundays from 11 AM to 5 PM.
