Local Colour I have weekly changing hours. Please call 519-924-3560 for my up to date schedule. We have been showcasing fabulous hand made items since opening in 1989.

Local Colour is a fine crafts store representing over 40 artisans and artists,located in the charming village of Flesherton. Every summer, local Colour is host to the Art Garden, an exciting show and sale of creations for the outdoors, with an opening party and kick off to the season on the first Friday in July

After a few years up there the flowers on the front of Local Colour in Flesherton have been blowing & breaking off. It was time to install a fresh branch. We're open Thursday to Sunday 11ish to 5.

I'd like to introduce a new maker at Local Colour in Flesherton. Mary Lessard makes beautiful jackets and bags from old quilts and repurposed fabrics. They are colourful and exquisitely finished. Jackets-$100. Bags - $24.

I just returned from one of my favourite places in the world and possibly my favourite studio. Desert Lake is so quiet at this time of year, only the sounds of the loons calling.

We had a sweet visit to Toronto to see our son Keegan and to celebrate Kris's birthday. I think we're getting them hooked on gardening. My momma heart is full ❤️

We were blessed with some beautiful weather for opening the cottage. The loons were calling and the birds were chirping but the lake is so quiet at this time of year. A peaceful paradise.
