We're back for our third year! On Saturday, January 25th, 2025, let's gather at The Seanchai for an evening steeped in tradition, music, and community as we celebrate Robbie Burns Night.

This special evening will feature traditional Scottish fare, lively entertainment from Kolten MacDonell, Lisa MacArthur and Kevin Dugas, and a toast to the immortal memory of Scotland’s national bard, Robert Burns. Whether you’re savouring the haggis or enjoying a meal of your choosing, the night promises to be a memorable tribute to Scottish culture and heritage.
Our guest speaker for the evening will be John Wesley Chisholm. John Wesley is an award-winning film and TV producer based in Halifax, he has shot and produced amazing stories worldwide. His work includes 11 seasons of the popular Hope for Wildlife TV series and the epic film Bannockburn: Battle of Kings, set in Scotland at the site of the famous 1314 battle.
