In conjunction with Sue Muirhead’s exhibition 'Unbridled, a deep dive into process art', we are pleased to host a hands-on workshop:

Unbridled — Playing with the Concept of Process Art

Date: Saturday, May 2
Time: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Location: Tidal Art Centre

Cost: $95 (sliding scale available)
All proceeds will be donated to support the establishment of the Down to Earth Green Burial Initiative in Northside (Lund).

Details:
All art supplies are provided. Please bring your own lunch.

Workshop Description:
This workshop invites you into a space of free expression—no experience necessary. Process art emphasizes the act of creating over technique or outcome, encouraging curiosity, presence, and trust in the moment.

Participants will be guided to explore what is arising within them, using art as a way to express and move through it. It’s a rare opportunity to slow down, let go of expectations, and fully inhabit the present.

Come ready to take creative risks, embrace vulnerability, and step into the unknown—without attachment to results.
