At the beginning of 2023, we were still talking on the phone about the five letters of PERMA and what each of them might stand for. At the time, it felt like a draft on a blank notebook, or very much like working on a puzzle. We started by putting together the outer frame, then slowly filled in the pieces, layer by layer.

At the beginning of 2026, we held our very first brand exhibition in Shanghai.

In front of the exhibition window stood a very special puzzle wall. As each puzzle box was taken home, one by one, the words “Tiny Me, Mighty Power” gradually appeared. It felt like watching strength quietly reveal itself over time.

In many ways, this wall reflected PERMA’s journey over the past three years. A brand growing more confident with each step. More new puzzlers discovered the joy of puzzling, and more experienced puzzlers began to notice the warmth behind what we create.

Looking ahead, we hope to continue growing alongside the global puzzle community in the years to come. Shanghai marks one of the starting points of our dual-city story, and we hope Vancouver will soon welcome PERMA’s very first exhibition as well.💛

Bad news: Our Halloween puzzles arrived(two weeks ago)… not during Halloween.
Good news: We won’t need to reorder for next year 😂

Yes, the universe said “plot twist!” — a typhoon, production delays, shipping chaos… basically every side quest you can imagine.
Results? A mountain of perfectly spooky puzzles showing up long after the pumpkins retired.👻👻

We’re so glad you’re here.PERMA started with a story close to home — my younger sister, Cecilia(the rabbit), and a little boy I met while filming at an autism center during the pandemic. He didn’t speak or make eye contact, but when he picked up a puzzle, he smiled.
That moment stayed with me.To us, puzzles aren’t just games — they’re a quiet, beautiful language. A way to feel understood, to reconnect, to find calm in the chaos.
That’s why we created PERMA — not just as a puzzle brand, but as a small attempt to give everyone one more reason to feel joy.
