Red Dot tours are a perfect complement to select First Fridays.

Drop in on June 5 between 7:00 p.m. & 8:00 p.m. and find a gallery docent with an on-the-spot badge for a quick look at one or two art works in "Together Apart | Under One Roof".

A Red Dot tour lasts roughly 15 minutes.

We loved welcoming a group of Grade 11–12 SHSM students from Tecumseh for a behind-the-scenes learning experience as they worked toward earning a curatorial credit.

During their visit, students:
• toured our latest exhibitions
• created art in our studio
• stepped into our vault for a rare behind-the-scenes look and discussion about caring for collections
• heard from our curator, Sonya Blazek, about what it takes to bring exhibitions to life

Thanks for spending the day with us — we can’t wait to see where your creativity and curiosity take you next!

Thank you to everyone who joined us on May 2 at JNAAG for an inspiring artist talk with Diana Thorneycroft and Reva Stone.

Diana and Reva shared the stories behind their exhibition "Together Apart | Under One Roof," how their practices connect, what they’re creating now, and how the late Aganetha Dyck continues to inspire their work.

We’re so grateful to the artists for their generosity and to everyone who came out and asked thoughtful questions.
