Did you know popcorn is a whole grain that’s naturally high in fibre and surprisingly low in calories? 🍿

Not only is it a satisfying snack, but it also contains small amounts of important nutrients like folate, niacin, riboflavin, thiamin, B vitamins, iron, and magnesium. Even the popcorn hulls are packed with goodness, providing antioxidants like beta-carotene, lutein, zeaxanthin, and polyphenols.

The best part? Most of our Kettlecorn flavours are gluten-free (with the exception of S’Mores), and many are sugar-free too!

If you’re looking for a delicious, high-volume snack that fits a healthy lifestyle, grab a bag of our freshly popped Kettlecorn today. Your taste buds—and your snack cravings—will thank you! 🌽✨
