Here's some small peeks into "Ladies Home Journal" 1954. Back when beautiful colour illustrations such as these were a new innovation! Before this era, it was much harder to manufacture multi colour prints at the quantities needed for magazines, which is now something we definitely take for granted now! Do you still buy print media? 🤔

This style of Easter card was very popular in the early 1900's, when Taber and district was first forming as a community! Now more than 120 years later, we wish you a joyous holiday in the same way! We hope you all spend this day warm, happy and surrounded by your loved ones. 🌷🥰

Taber, this is the moment we’ve been waiting for!

Come be part of the excitement as we gather for the LIVE reveal of the Kraft Hockeyville winner. Join us Saturday, April 4 at 3:00 PM in the Taber Community Centre auditorium and experience it together as a community.

Wear your favourite jersey, bring your energy, and get ready to cheer. No matter how the results land, Taber has already shown what it means to come together, and that’s something worth celebrating.

We’ll have a free Kraft Mac & Cheese DIY bar along with refreshments available for everyone who attends.

The big announcement will air live during Hockey Night in Canada, in the second half of the 2nd intermission just before the 3rd period of the 5:00 PM game, which we’ll be watching together.

Everyone is welcome, so bring your friends, family, and community pride!

Come join us to learn about our local Hockey History! Test your knowledge and your shooting skills 🏒 with our trivia game! Today and tomorrow in the Community Center Auditorium. We are out here supporting the x street hockey tournament and fundraiser to rebuild the arena.

It starts at 3:15 pm and goes until 8:00 pm today. Tomorrow it starts at 8:00 am to 5:00pm. Come and join the fun!
