Meet Boleebi Charles Okah ( ) — a multidisciplinary artist whose work celebrates Nigerian culture, vibrant storytelling, and sustainability.

Art in Motion 2025 – ECO Art Expressions, Boleebi talks about his journey from Lagos to Toronto, how his personal style evokes joy and peace, and why meaningful art must also honor the environment.

He also shares insights into his Interactive Bottle Cap Art Piece, inspired by global climate change and created using recycled materials as part of Nuit Blanche Toronto. This interview highlights how creativity, culture, and environmental consciousness come together in modern art.

Meet Aaron Foster — Assistant Manager of F&B Operations, Culinary & Sustainability at The Westin Harbour Castle, Toronto.
With a career that began in the kitchen and evolved into a mission for environmental impact, Aaron leads the hotel’s sustainability initiatives, from reducing food waste to implementing eco-friendly materials and coordinating large-scale food donations to local shelters and schools. His leadership and innovation earned him a spot among Canada’s 30 Under 30 in Hospitality (2024).

Aaron will be one of our Eco Talkers at ECO Talk: Art in Motion 2025 – Eco Art Expressions on November 1, where he’ll share insights on sustainability in hospitality and the power of mindful innovation.

Meet Anna-K Cuffe — Marine Sculpture Artist, Reef Rescue Diver, and Ocean Activist.
Born and based in Kingston, Jamaica, Anna-K uses her craft to bridge art and environmental action. A graduate of the Edna Manley College of the Visual and Performing Arts and recipient of the Cecil Baugh Award for Excellence in Ceramics, she transforms clay into a vessel for advocacy, raising awareness about the fragility and beauty of our coral reefs.

Anna-K will be one of our Eco Talkers at ECO Talk: Art in Motion 2025 – Eco Art Expressions on November 1, sharing how her creative journey connects deeply to ocean conservation and ecological storytelling through art.
