IMMORTAL

From the black womb of the sea
and the cold breath of the cosmos,
he ascends—
The Architect.
The Progenitor.
The Maker—
yet still a child.
An infant god,
unclaimed by law,
unmarked by mercy.
In his fragile hand, a serpent tightens—
not as a servant,
but as a mirror of instinct.
Its hunger is his hunger.
Its silence, his truth.
His head blooms with watching eyes—
not of wisdom,
but of endless possibility.
For creation is not holy.
It is choice—
raw, unformed,
and mercilessly free.
Within him coils the paradox:
innocence untouched,
yet seeded with cruelty.
Purity that can bless—
or corrupt.
Loyalty that can bind—
or betray.
No morality carved into flesh,
no destiny etched in bone—
Only potential.
Only becoming.
He drifts above the drowning origin,
where all things begin as reflection
and end as decision.
IMMORTAL—
not because he defies death,
but because he precedes meaning.
Before good.
Before evil.
Before the lie of order.

REFLECTED DIVINITY
Created for use as OPHIOLATRY album artwork
Upon the altar of symmetry, they emerge-
Twin infants, mirrored, crowned before speech, enthroned before truth.
The Architects of Faith.
The Hollow Oracles.
Serpents rest beside them—
silent witnesses
to what is never confessed.
What reflects here
is not purity, but repetition— Power.
Greed.
Blind devotion.
For what is sacred
when it feeds on itself?
Within them-
hypocrisy robed in holiness, sin preserved as ritual.
They do not fall, for they were never pure.
REFLECTED DIVINITY-a symmetry of deception, a ritual without soul.

The Apple of Eris: Conjoined Fate
Born of one flesh, divided by instinct—
innocence and corruption entwined before choice ever existed.
Serpentine tails curl through their fragile forms,
carrying the weight of both temptation and restraint.
In their hands, the apple—never just fruit,
but a quiet sentence passed down through existence.
They crawl upon a world so small it almost disappears,
adrift in the endless dark—
a reminder that Earth is but a fragment,
while countless forces, like unseen gods,
write their own programs across the infinite.
Here, good and evil are not opposites,
but conjoined—inseparable, inevitable.
Where one is born, the other follows.

Chthonic Anthesis
Commissioned in solemn rite for OPHIOLATRY
for the album Serpent’s Verdict.
Completed in 2022.
From beneath the living earth it stirs —
not by sun, nor by gentle rain,
but by the hidden weight of mortal stain.
In the black soil of human transgression
its roots take hold,
drinking of silence,
feeding on the unconfessed.
Coils ascend where trunk should rise —
serpents bound in sacred tension,
entwined as one dark arbor,
turning, circling,
dancing the slow measure of the abyss.
No blossom of spring is this,
but a flowering of the κάτω κόσμος —
a bloom born of depth and judgment,
where shadow is not absence
but origin.
Thus it stands —
a testament to what mankind buries
and what the earth remembers.

“Harvesting Argus’ Eternal Watch”
A commissioned oil painting for OPHIOLATRY ‘s new album “Serpent’s Verdict.”

This piece began in 2011, in Korinthos, Greece—its form first born upon a 150cm × 150cm canvas, under a sun that has witnessed both gods and ruins. Nearly 70% of the work was shaped on Greek soil.

The rest followed the painting’s own journey—carried across time and sea—and was finally completed in 2022, the year it crossed continents and arrived in Vancouver, Canada.

Some artworks take years—not for the time spent on canvas, but for the time life needs to carve the artist.

Argus Panoptes, the all-seeing, may have fallen—his flesh surrendered to time and myth—but his hundred eyes never closed.

Just like logic, truth, beauty, and other eternal forces in the universe—unfading, unsleeping.

“The Sentence of Nemesis”
A commissioned oil painting for OPHIOLATRY ‘s New album "Serpent’s Verdict."

This work began in 2011, in Korinthos, Greece, where its original form was born on a 150cm*150cm large canvas, rooted in the soil of myth and memory.
A decade later, after all my paintings were transferred back to Vancouver in 2021, I chose to breathe new life into it—transferring the original vision onto a 102cm x 102cm canvas and meticulously completing its final form in 2022.

Vengeance is not born of rage, but of divine symmetry.
When the scales are broken,
only a god may restore them—
and she is called Nemesis.

Even wrathful gods were once innocent as the dawn.
Every force—like the universe—begins as a child.
But when the time comes,
they return in full form,
to deliver what must be done.

Behold — Devoured in Narcissus’s Reflection
A commissioned oil painting for OPHIOLATRY ‘s new album,
“Serpent’s Verdict.”

It began in 2011, in the homeland of original mythology —
on a 150cm × 150cm canvas in Korinthos, Greece.
80% of the work was born there, amidst the dust of ruins and the whisper of myth.
Then in 2021, it crossed sea and sky, traveling over 9,500 kilometers,
to be completed in Vancouver in 2022.
A painting shaped by time, distance, and the echo of ancient voices.

This is not the tale of Narcissus enchanted —
but of Narcissus devoured,
consumed by his own reflection,
a desire-bloody flower
wilting in the black river of the Underworld.

The river becomes a mirror.
A god becomes a Narcissus.
The dark sovereigns emerge —
each one a human reflection of ruin.
