Let’s make Boxing Day stress-free this year.
Recently, I did something very small—
but it healed me in the softest, most unexpected way:
I engraved my name on my own water bottle. 🖋️
You might think it’s nothing.
But the first time I saw “Cathy”
quietly resting on the leather bench at the gym,
next to my towel and gloves 🧤🩰,
with sunlight pouring through the floor-to-ceiling windows 🌤️—
I felt something I couldn’t quite put into words.
It wasn’t just a water bottle.

After every training session, the court always looked the same—
a field of identical green balls 💚
