2026 makes it 35 years since the Westlock Pioneer Museum opened at its current location, and 64 years since the Westlock Historical Society was established!

On April 18 we held our first fashion show at the Museum. It was like we stepped into fashion week in Paris with our long run away and fabulous fashion. The fashion was provided by Loreen Riley of My Mother's Closet as well as the historical commentary about each piece. The photos that captured these moments were taken by Ilse Van loon photography. It was a pleasure getting to host this event at the Museum and to share with our community. We would like to thank everyone for coming out and supporting this event.

It is that time a year again when you get to eat pancakes and then connect with friends by exploring the local history at the Westlock Pioneer Museum.
