🌧️🎤 KARAOKE WITH LADY HEIDI POSTPONED 🎤🌧️

After much debate, watching the wind, checking the gloomy skies, and wondering if those clouds are going to open up at any minute… we’ve made the decision to postpone Karaoke with Lady Heidi today.

We were really hoping Mother Nature would cooperate with us, but between the wind and the threat of rain, it just doesn’t look like the best afternoon for outdoor karaoke. 💨☁️

BUT… don’t worry! Lady Heidi WILL be back NEXT SATURDAY! 🎤🎶💃

And since Mother Nature spoiled our fun today, we’re going to make NEXT WEEKEND GO OUT WITH A BANG! 🎉

Music on the Sissiboo Update 🎶

Due to scheduling conflicts, unfortunately we will not be rescheduling One Night Only, which means our regular Music on the Sissiboo Friday night concert series has officially wrapped up for the 2026 season!

What an AMAZING summer it has been! ❤️ A huge thank you to all of our musicians, sponsors, volunteers and everyone who came out Friday after Friday to enjoy music along the Sissiboo with us!

BUT… we aren’t quite done yet! 🎤🎶

Karaoke with Lady Heidi is planned for THIS SATURDAY from 2–4 PM at the Weymouth Waterfront Bandstand!

🌧️ We are keeping a close eye on the weather for Saturday’s event. Right now, Mother Nature isn’t looking overly cooperative, so we will keep watching the forecast and post an update as soon as we know more. Fingers crossed she changes her mind! 🤞☀️

And don’t forget, we still have our Send-Off to Summer Street Dance with DJ Hot Cue coming up next Friday night! 💃🎶

🎃🍂 The 3rd Annual Harvest Market planning is underway! 🍂🎃

Do you love all things Halloween, volunteering, and supporting your community? We need your help!

There are LOTS of ways to get involved, big or small! We’re looking for volunteers to help with:

👻 Market vendor organization & layout
🎃 Decorating & event planning
🔨 Day-of setup
🎪 Creating carnival games & activities
📱 Social media & promotion
🎯 Carnival game attendants
🎟️ Raffle & ticket sales
🏆 Contest judges
🧹 Take-down & cleanup
🍂 And plenty more!

If you have a skill, an idea, a few hours, or simply a willingness to lend a hand, we can use your support!

We’ve had such a wonderful summer with Music on the Sissiboo! The crowds have been amazing, the weather has been fantastic, and thanks to the incredible support of our community sponsors, we’re able to keep the fun going with TWO FREE special events this September! ❤️

We’re ready for another great night of FREE Music on the Sissiboo this Friday, August 14th, featuring Rnv3! 🎸🎤🎶

Come down early and make an evening of it!

🛍️ 5:30 PM – Sissiboo Market opens
🌭 6:00 PM – BBQ + 50/50 ticket sales
🎵 7:00 PM – RnV3 LIVE!

Shop local vendors, grab some supper from the BBQ, get your 50/50 tickets and then settle in for some great live music along the Sissiboo River. 🌊☀️
