Attention Dealers for the 2026 Show of Shows!!

As you are most likely aware, being in a different hall and different weekend necessitates logistical modifications for all.

With that in mind, your attention is requested to the following changes for setting up Wednesday.

1. There is an RV show that will already be taking place in the adjacent hall. This means we do not have access to drive in and drop off, as we are accustomed to doing.

Our show takes place in the North Wing this year. The closest parking lot to the hall is Parking Lot E. Parking may be challenging, because who knows how much room the RV show will take up at any given time. Getting there early is preferable, to the greatest extent possible.

2. Door N-5 on the back side of the expo center is your entry point. Plan on bringing in your merchandise through that point. This is the way to bring everything in.

3. To facilitate this, OVMS will have a table set up in the hall near door N-5, to distribute dealer packets. This door is scheduled to open/be accessible from 1 pm until 4 pm, for you to pick up your packets, passes, etc.

There will be restrooms accessible for emergencies during this time.

4. Because this table is a temporary location, there cannot be a register there to utilize for payments on any outstanding bills or fees. If you owe any money, and plan to be there on Wednesday, send it to the OVMS office NOW.

The front desk WILL NOT be open on Wednesday afternoon. It will open on Thursday morning in the lobby, as per usual.

Again, I repeat, tell your friends, neighbors, and enemies to make sure all fees are paid prior to the show to facilitate a smoother process for everyone.

5. The hall will be open for dealers to set up from 4pm until 7pm on Wednesday, January 28th, 2026.

6. Yes, dealer helpers and life members can get in during set up on Wednesday.

7. Just a reminder to wear your membership badges and your show badges. You must be an OVMS member to have a dealer or helper badge. Wear them both, and help us expedite the process.


To recap: North Wing, Parking lot E, Door N-5, pickup packets from 1-4 pm (if you have paid all fees!), setup from 4-7pm. Wear your membership badge and show badge.
