Artist Story· Marc Brenzikofer (I)

Recently, we visited the studio of Marc Brenzikofer, one of our featured artists.

Stepping into Marc’s workspace feels like entering a colorful wonderland. Vibrant hues, unexpected textures, and poetic transformations emerge from subjects that might otherwise go unnoticed. What appears ordinary at first glance becomes something entirely new through his unique artistic vision.

During our conversation, we spoke about his creative journey, the inspiration behind his work, and his fascination with discovering beauty hidden within everyday life. Rather than documenting reality, Marc invites us to see beyond it — transforming observation into imagination and photography into a space of wonder.

In the next part, we will take you behind the scenes and reveal how Marc transforms a seemingly ordinary photograph into one of his extraordinary color-saturated artworks.

Stay tuned.

Fragments of colors, blurred details, lingering questions, intimate answers.

This reel moves through moments from „Where Memory Turns to Light“ — an exhibition exploring memory not as something fixed, but as something emotional, fragile, collective, and constantly transforming.

During the opening evening, guests were invited to respond to questions around memory, presence, connection, and what remains. Their words became part of the atmosphere of the exhibition itself — honest, vulnerable, and deeply human.

Through visual artworks and conversations, the exhibition reflects on how memories shape us, fade, return, and live on through artworks, sensations, and encounters.

✨ Exhibition on view until 06.06.

Artwork Preview V · Michel Juvet

Through blurred landscapes and atmospheric imagery, Michel Juvet explores perception, memory, and the fleeting nature of experience. Rather than documenting a place, his photographs capture an emotional state — suspended between presence and disappearance, clarity and ambiguity. The resulting images invite viewers to slow down and inhabit the space between what is seen and what is felt.

Where Memory Turns to Light
Vernissage 16.05.2026

This exhibition explores the fragility and transformation of memory — how moments fade into colors, sensations, and emotional traces rather than fixed images. Through painting, photography, and material-based practices, it reflects on perception and the fluid nature of remembrance.

The evening was shaped by thoughtful conversations, shared curiosity, and the many different ways people engaged with the works and with one another. We’re grateful for every encounter that made the opening feel so present and alive.

Special thanks to for their generous hospitality, and to our incredible artists for sharing their work.

The exhibition will be displayed until 06.06 -
We look forward to welcoming you!

A Renewed Vision · Galerie Sechs

As Galerie Sechs enters a new chapter, we would like to share more clearly the vision that will guide our future program and exhibitions.

Galerie Sechs is a contemporary gallery dedicated to emotionally immersive exhibitions that explore memory, healing, belonging, and the relationship between inner and outer worlds.

Through painting, photography, sculpture, textile, drawing, and mixed media practices, we aim to create atmospheric and experiential environments where art is encountered not as isolated objects, but as something deeply human, emotional, and alive.

Our curatorial approach centers on storytelling, sensory experience, vulnerability, transformation, and cultural identity — bringing together artists whose practices reflect the emotional complexity of contemporary life.

We believe contemporary art can be more than something to observe. It can become a space for connection, reflection, intimacy, and shared experience.

Thank you to everyone who has supported, encouraged, and believed in Galerie Sechs along the way. Your kindness and trust made this new beginning possible.
