「TIME BREATH」に向けて。
800年以上の歴史を受け継ぐ和紙の里、京都・綾部の黒谷和紙を訪れました。
自ら紙漉きを行い、この和紙が TIME BREATH の作品の一部になります。

Behind the scenes of “TIME BREATH”.
We visited Kurotani Washi, one of Japan’s oldest handmade washi workshops with over 800 years of history.
Created own sheets of washi here, and these handmade papers will become part of the artworks for TIME BREATH.

彫刻家の さんに会いに奈良を訪れました。
「アトリエやま」の見学や漆、素材についてのお話をし、有意義な旅となりました。

It was an inspiring trip filled with meaningful conversations about lacquer and materials, as well as a visit to his atelier, “Atelier Yama.”
