ON VIEW | CONTRASTES, through December 19, 2025
While conceptual art was often criticised for being reduced, cold and cerebral, it found a poetic, sensual and life-affirming expression in Italy. The current exhibition, CONTRASTES, demonstrates this in a compelling way. It brings together three artists: Alighiero Boetti (1940–1994), Giorgio Griffa (born 1936), and Giulio Paolini (born 1940).

On April 4, 1981, we opened the exhibition "Sol LeWitt – Structures 1978–1980, Drawings 1981" at our new gallery location. For this, the artist drew forms derived from a cube on the backs of postcards featuring city views of Zurich. A selection of these works is currently on view in the exhibition "Sol LeWitt – Marisa Merz – Mario Merz".
