Loyele🤷 ? (What will you do ?)

Why do I keep meeting the same person in different bodies?
Why do I keep repeating the same old stories?
Why am I stuck in the same recursive loop?
Why does this keep happening to me?

I want to scream but I can't hear my voice,
In my heart is an empty void,
In my head there's this lingering thought,
Do our lives actually please God?
Cuz it feels like we're lost,
Feels like...
Feels like I'm in and endless loop for pain and regret
Could it be that I was destined for this fate ?
Cuz it's easy to forgive but I find it difficult to forget
For once you've been hurt, you learn to hate
But if you hurt another you become hated,
And you then have to shoulder a sense of guilt
It is our wounds that enable us to be compassionate with the wounds of others
That's a process known as growing up
Once your healing journey takes place,
Go out there and heal others

Be the one to Break the cycle
If you have been judged wrongly, choose forgiveness
If you have been rejected, choose acceptance
If you were shamed, choose compassion
Be the person you needed when you were hurting
Do not be the one who hurt you
Make a vow to be better than what broke you
Act from your heart and not from your pain
It is now left for you to decide,
So what will you do🤷 ?

Being an artist in the social media era, we want to express our creativity and originality but also reach a wilder audience. We feel pressured to follow trends, algorithms, hashtags, likes etc. We wonder if our art is good enough (Personally I also doubt if my art is good enough), if it resonates with anyone out there. We struggle to balance our artistic visions with our online presence as we have to not only be artist but also content creators. How do we stay true to ourselves and our art in a world that is constantly asking for more ?

But there's nothing beautiful about the wreckage of a human being.
There's nothing pretty about damage, about pain, about heartache.
What is beautiful is their strength, resilience, and fortitude as they display an ocean🌊 of courage when they pick through the wreckage of their life to build something beautiful brand new, against every odd that is stacked against them
No one escapes pain, fear, and suffering. Yet from pain can come wisdom, from fear can come courage, and from suffering can come strength if we have the virtue of resilience

You're here still, 
Despite depression's siren call, 
Be proud of your Persistent,
Your Presence,
And your Perseverance
There's is strength within you

Taking comfort in the serenity Relaxation found in calm moments Ambience of silence bringing zen Nature leads to inner paradise found Quietly contentment arrives to ease pain Using solitude to heal the soul Isolation from the chaos needed Lulling reverb of energy resonates within Ideal peacefulness surrounds Time in sereneness recharging balance Yellow glow of harmony presenting bliss

The pace of life seems so fast And some days are all blurred There's jobs and deadlines, mouths to feed, Plus debts you have incurred.
To get life back it's not that hard There's a simple little trick Sit still and close your eyes Relax It only takes a tick.
While there give thanks Appreciate All the things you love The Universe rewards this And shines on you from above.
Take some breaths, in and out Find your inner calm The outside world will still be there But it's lost its evil charm.
A nano moment of your day It really isn't long It makes the world of difference though For you to go on being strong.
