1. INTRODUCTION:
ENOLZYME COMPLEX 100PLUS mainly contains many kinds of feed enzymes, such as phytase, xylanase, cellulase, beta-glucanase, pectinase, mannanase, protease, amylase, lipase etc. for animals’ digestion. They can improve the gastrointestinal environment, inhibiting the growth of harmful bacteria, and effectively break down the feed anti-nutritional factors, release the nutrients, so that it can be fully digested and absorbed, to improve feed utilization, improve the production performance of animals.

2. WORKING MECHANISM
ENOLZYME COMPLEX 100PLUS is to be used in feed material, firstly it will destroy the Plant Cell Walls by breaking down the middle lamella , then prompt the Nutrition be released fully from the cell walls. It has a positive influence on the microbial balance in the gut and improved viscosity of the gut at the same time. It can reduce the adversee impact through the process of chime viscosity absorbing the nourishment.
Phytase: can reduce the usage of inorganic phosphorus, lower feed cost to set aside enough space for feed formula;
Xylanase: can effectively degradation the AX and eliminate the anti-nutritional forces of AX, and enhance the Utilization Ratio of animal feed;
Beta-glucanase:eliminate the harmful effect of β-glucan and hydrolyse it to be absorbable reducing sugar and improve the nutritive value of the feed;
Cellulase:can completely hydrolyse the Cellulase into glucose and enhance the productivity of animals and Utilization Ratio of animal feed in a wide range;
Pectinase:eliminate the anti-nutritional factors of pectin and cellulose and release the Nutrition, enhance the digestibility of animal in a wide range;
Amylase:can decompose the macromolecule of amylase into absorbing low molecular amylase in the feed;
Protease:The feed which on the basis of beans contains protease inhibitor and lectin, both of them will affect the health of the animal. The protease can supplement the lack of protease and improve the digestibility of animal in a wide range.

6. OPERATING GUIDE:
Toss the ENOLZYME COMPLEX 100PLUS in the compound feed and it is recommended at a dose rate around 100-g/ton, 200g/ton, and 500g/ton according to the details formula. The users can adjust the dosage according to the prescription of feed.

7. PACKAGING &STORAGE:
Packaging: 25kgs/bag or 25kgs/drum. Different packaging is available upon the request of our customers.
Storage Condition: AODIER Feed P-General must be stored in the original, closed packaging at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. Protect the product from humidity. By adequate storage, a retained activity of more than 90% is guaranteed up to 24 months after the date of production.
Shelf Life: 12 months.

Definition of Acid Protease
One Acid Protease unit is defined as the amount of enzyme which hydrolyzes casein to get 1 µg of reducing amino acid (in tyrosine) per minute, at 40 ºC and pH3.0 under the condition of test.

Application & Dosage of Acid Protease
1. Feed industry (used as feed additive)
Acid protease can help promoting animal’s digestive ability of protein, polypeptide and amino acid, improving animal’s digestive physiological function, reducing diseases. Acid protease enzyme can highly increase growth, promoting feed utilization rate and reduce costs; it also can be used together with other enzymes.
Recommended dosage: 20-100g/MT of complete feed
2. Textile industry
Acid protease exclusively hydrolyzing impurities such as keratin, elastin and globulin etc., no damage to collagen, can be used for leather depilation and softening. When soaking it helps leather absorb water, while depilation it helps separate mucoid, which connects fur and skin, thus to loose collagenous fiber and keep leather soft after tanning. For wool fiber processing it plays works well on felting wool, low temperature dyeing, anti-pilling, soft finish and biological polishing; For raw silk degumming makes finished products softly and smoothly, shiny and bright, elasticity, and reduces scathe on the fabric strength, quickly degummings, reduces energy consumption and environment pollutions.Recommended dosage 50000 U/g acid protease is 0.3-1.0% (owf), pH 3.0-3.5, temperature 40-50℃, bath ratio 1:20-40, time 60-90 min.
3. Detergent
With wide substrate specificity, good temperature and pH stability, protease can effectively remove variety protein stains. It’s available for both cold and hot water washing. It will bring better effects if used together with lipase and some other enzymes.
4. Alcohol brewing
Acid protease can decompose protein macromolecules, improving the output rate of liquor and flavor components concentration; improving the clerification of grape wines and the stability of beer foam; also it can be used other brewing industries such as soy sauce and vinegar brewing; can be used together with beta-glucanase, cellulase etc..Recommended dosage: 100-300g/t (50000 U/g)
5. Other industries
Effectively hydrolyze protein, can be used in many other industries such as flour processing, gelatin production, meat tenderizing, meet different processing requirements.

ENOLZYME Alpha-amylase (EC. 3.2.1.1) is produced by submerged fermentation of Bacillus Subtilis. It can catalyze the hydrolysis of α-1, 4-glycosidic linkages of starch polysaccharides to yield dextrins, oligosaccharides, maltose and D-glucose. This enzyme functions as improving digestion, adjusting immunity and improving feed utilization.

Definition of Alpha-amylase
One α-amylase unit (U) is defined as the amount of enzyme which hydrolyzes 1g soluble starch per hour, at 60°C and at pH 6.0.
PERFORMANCE CONDITIONS
(1). Temperature: Optimum 60-70°C, operable up to 90°C (The highest).
(2). pH Stability: stable at pH4.5-8.0; Optimum operational pH 5.2-6.2
(3). Calcium ion affects the active stability of enzyme: Calcium ion can improve the stability of enzyme activity, it will be in active when there are no Calcium ion.

Usage safety
1. Enzyme preparations belong to protein, non-toxic, harmless to human, which may induce sensitization and cause allergic type reactions in sensitized individuals. Prolonged contact may cause minor irritation for skin, eyes or mucous membrane of nose, so any direct contiguity with human body should be avoided. After touching the product, hands should be washed with warm water and soap.
