Komm runter!
Seht es nicht nur als neuen Ausstellungstitel, sondern auch als Aufforderung, die neue Ausstellung in unserem Untergeschoss zu besuchen ;) Die Kuratorin Judith Waldmann hat Werke aus unserer Sammlung für euch neu zusammengestellt.
Unsere Sammlung überrascht mit Kuriositäten, Perlen und Klassikern der Kunstgeschichte.
Ein interessantes Beispiel ist ein signiertes Hühnerei von André Thomkins, das auf einen Löffel aus Edelmetall trifft, den der Künstler Burkhart Beyerle mit einem Loch versehen hat. Dieses Duo taugt für den Alltag kaum – im Untergeschoss des Schlosses erwartet euch ein Einblick in die eigenwillige sowie faszinierende Sammlung der Stiftung Museum Schloss Moyland.

Come down!
Don’t just see it as the title of our new exhibition, but also as an invitation to visit the new exhibition in our basement ;) Curator Judith Waldmann has put together a new selection of works from our collection for you.
Our collection is full of surprises, featuring curiosities, gems and classics from art history.
One interesting example is a signed chicken’s egg by André Thomkins, paired with a spoon made of precious metal, into which the artist Burkhart Beyerle has drilled a hole. This duo is hardly suitable for everyday use – in the basement of the castle, you can look forward to an insight into the idiosyncratic and fascinating collection of the Museum Schloss Moyland Foundation.
