for participation in WIRWIR's new country: INKLUSIVISTAN
submit a flag design or your anthem

For this year's 48 Stunden Neukölln (an annual arts festival in Berlin-Neukölln, Germany),
with the theme 'OUT/SIDE/IN', we are proposing an alternative LAND tentatively
called INKLUSIVISTAN. An embassy for INKLUSIVISTAN, as well as the
entity of INKLUSIVISTAN itself will be created. INKLUSIVISTAN questions the
construct of the ethno-nation and rejects it in order to present civil society as a
community and as an alternative to existing paradigms of countries. INKLUSIVISTAN
stands for the dissolution of all borders. No one is illegal. Diversity is the majority.
Everyone is a participant. INKLUSIVISTAN has many names,
flags, languages, melodies and foods.
Therefor we need your flag and anthem for this project to come to fruition!
All submitted flags will be displayed inside the embassy and all anthems will be
played for the duration of the event.
For the creation of the flag and anthem; artists, musicians and collectives
(in addition to any other creatives) are invited through this open call to design and
make flags and / or compose an anthem. Your name will be listed in the embassy
and on the website of WIRWIR.org as a participating artist/musician.

Submission Requirements
The flag dimensions : height: 70 x length: 100 cm
Flag Submission deadline : 1 June 2026
Please send us your flag sketch or a photo of your flag idea in a PDF format
with as much informational detail (materials used etc)
as possible to [email protected]
After your sketch has been accepted, your actual flag needs
to be received at WIRWIR by: 1 July 2026
The flag cannot contain any references to existing national flags
nor symbolism that is political in nature or referential to any past or current
movement. The colors of the flag are open to interpretation. The flag can be made
out of separate pieces of fabric and made into one flag; painting on the fabric of
the flag is welcomed and any other way of making a flagis also permissible, as long
as the flag can move freely (is not rigid). If the submission does not adhere to these
requirements, we reserve the right to not accept your proposal.
We will staple your flag to a wooden pole approx. 100cm long and 1,6cm diameter.
If you want your flag to be fixed to the pole in another way, you are welcome to
also add small straps or a sleeve to accommodate the pole diameter of 1,6cm.
ANTHEM
Submission Requirements
The anthem can be any length and in any style, but should not reference any
existing national anthems or political activist music offensive to others.
Your anthem can contain lyrics or not, but please refrain from diminishing
or offensive expressions towards others. If the submission does not adhere
to these requirements, we reserve the right to not accept your proposal.

Sample rate: 44.1 kHz
Recommended LUFS Levels: -14 to -12 LUFS
Recommended True Peak Limits: -2 to -1.5 dBTP
Please title audio file: music title + composer name.AAC/M4A/MP3
alongside submitting a PDF text document with the same file name
which includes your name, email, website, social media handle and if you
like a informative statement related to your composition.
We reserve the right to use an image of your flag or your anthem for promotional
purposes on social media and on our website. Of course we will always credit you.
We will not use your submissions for any commercial gains.
You will retain full ownership of your work.
