Little recap of last week. On Thursday I had the pleasure to create a menu for a beautiful birthday party with an artichoke/fennel/celery/parmesan salad, French radishes, tomato Tonnato, crudités & dips, goat cheese/olive oil/grapes, fine de Claire oysters, radicchio/grapefruit/pecorino, pain de campagne from and salted butter from Bretagne, green asparagus/grapefruit vinaigrette/burrata/mint and strawberries/greek Joghurt/brown sugar (not pictured as they were eaten right away). Along with a selection of natural wine.
I have no pictures of Friday‘s oysters and french fries party as I totally got caught by how many guests we served and tried to keep up with the demand as fast as I could. Thank you all who came by, so many familiar faces 🥰 And apologies to those who came by and did not get any oysters or fries as we sold out so fast. Can’t wait to do more of these soon and definitely have more oysters and more helping hands next time!
